Pratik İpuçları

* Sızdırmazlık uygulamasından önce her parça temiz ve kuru olmalıdır. Loctite 7063 bu işlem için uygundur.

* Sızdırmazlık 5 derece C' ın altında uygulanacaksa, Loctite 7240 ( Aktivatör ) ile ön işlem yapınız.

* Parçalar nitrit içeren kesme sıvıları ile temasta ise sıcak su ile yıkayınız.

Product Details:

Recommended for all coarse metal threads.

– Suitable for fast application at low temperatures for outdoor facility repairs.

– Suitable for gas connections.

– It has WRC approval for use with drinking water.

– Provides instant low-pressure sealing.

– Temperature resistance: in the range of -55 degrees C to +150 degrees C.

– Ideal for hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.

– Resistant to fuel, oil, coolants and hydraulic fluids.

– It is used to provide sealing against water, gas, compressed air and similar fluids in metal threaded pipes up to M80 in size.

– The product is anaerobic. Anaerobic products cure when their contact with air is cut off between metal surfaces.

– Provides clean sealing resistant to corrosion, vibration and shock loads.

– Once fully cured, it provides sealing up to burst strength in most piping systems.

General Features

* Provides instant low-pressure sealing on all types of pipe connections.

* It does not run, shrink or break apart to clog systems (including filters).

* Disassembly can be done easily with ordinary tools.

* Used in place of all kinds of hemp/paste and tape.

* Excess adhesive can be wiped off easily.

* It is single-component, clean and easy to apply.

* It makes full contact with the metal threads, providing 100% sealing.

Practical Tips

* Before applying the sealant, each part must be clean and dry. Loctite 7063 is suitable for this process.

* If the sealant will be applied below 5 degrees C, pretreat with Loctite 7240 (Activator).

* If the parts are in contact with cutting fluids containing nitrite, wash them with hot water.
