* Yüksek mukavemet sağlar. Pek çok kez malzemelerin orjinal birleşiminden daha kuvvetli yapışma sağlar.

* Küçük parçaların yapıştırılmasında kullanılabilir.

Pratik İpuçları

* PE, PP, PTFE, TVP veya termoplastik kauçuk gibi yapışması zor malzemeleri Loctite 401, 406, 431, 454, 480 veya 4850 ile kuvvetli yapıştırmak için primer Loctite 7239 kullanınız.

* Loctite 401, 406, 431, 454 ve 4850 hızlı yapıştırıcılarının kürleşme hızını arttırmak için aktivatör Loctite 7458 kullanınız.

Hızlı Yapıştırıcıların  Genel Özellikleri

* Hızlı yapıştırıcılar iki yüzey arasında hapsolduğunda çok hızlı kürleşirler. Yüzeylerdeki yoğuşmuş nem, yüzeyden yapıştırıcının içine doğru ilerleyecek olan kürleşme reaksiyonunu başlatmaya yeterlidir.

* Loctite' nin hızlı yapıştırıcıları, daha yüksek sıcaklıklarda çalışır, daha kısa sürede yapıştırır, otomatik ve yarı otomatik uygulamalara uygunluk açısından geniş bir viskozite ve ambalaj çeşitliliğine sahiptir. – A general-purpose gel used for bonding metals, composite materials, wood, cork, foam, leather, paper, plaster and matt ceramics.

– It is particularly recommended for use on vertical or overhead surfaces.

General Properties

* Bonds in a matter of seconds.

* Leaves no marks when bonding.

* Can be used to bond dissimilar materials.

* Provides high strength. In many cases the bond is stronger than the original structure of the materials themselves.

* Can be used for bonding small parts.

Practical Tips

* Use Loctite 7239 primer to obtain a strong bond with Loctite 401, 406, 431, 454, 480 or 4850 on difficult-to-bond materials such as PE, PP, PTFE, TVP or thermoplastic rubber.

* Use Loctite 7458 activator to increase the cure speed of Loctite 401, 406, 431, 454 and 4850 instant adhesives.

General Properties of Instant Adhesives

* Instant adhesives cure very rapidly when confined between two surfaces. The moisture condensed on the surfaces is enough to initiate the curing reaction, which then progresses from the surface into the adhesive.

* Loctite instant adhesives work at higher temperatures, bond in a shorter time and offer a wide range of viscosities and pack sizes suited to automatic and semi-automatic applications. They are ideal for bonding small parts with narrow bond gaps made from almost any material, including plastic, rubber, metal, cardboard, wood and leather.
