Pratik İpuçları loctite  222

* Yapıştırıcıyı uygulamadan önce yüzeyleri Loctite 7063 ile temizleyiniz.

* Eğer vida gevşemezlik ürünü 5 derece C' nin altında uygulanacaksa Loctite 7240 ile ön işlem yapınız.

* Eğer parçalar yüzeyde koruyucu tabaka bırakan kesme sıvıları veya sulu yıkama çözeltileri ile temas etti ise, kullanmadan önce sıcak su ile yıkayınız.

Özellikler lctite 222 

* Civata, saplama, ayar vidası, somun gibi dişli parçalar doğru vida gevşemezlik ürünü ile sabitlendiğinde, ömürlerini tamamlayana kadar gevşemezler veya paslanarak kaynamazlar.

* Loctite Vida Gevşemezlik ürünleri, tüm dişli bağlantıların titreşim ve şok yüklere maruz kaldıklarında gevşemezliklerini sağlarlar. Sıvı halde (Stıck ürünler hariç) uygulanan bu ürünler, karşılıklı gelen dişlerin arasındaki boşlukları doldurur. Kürleşerek güçlü, çözünmeyen plastik halini alırlar. Bu şekilde gerçekleştirilen bağlantılar, şoklara, sızıntılara, korozyona ve titreşime karşı dayanıklıdır. Doğru çeşit yapıştırıcı kullanılmışsa, basit el aletleri ile istendiğinde gevşetilebilirler.

* Bu yüzden vida gevşemezlikler, dişli bağlantılarda kullanılmak için birebirdir. Vida gevşemezlik ürünü, dişler arasındaki boşlukları havayı dışarıya itmek suretiyle doldurur. Böylece vida gevşemezlik ürünü metale yapışarak kürleşir. Açılmayan bir bağlantı sağlamanın yanısıra dişlerin arasının tamamen dolmasından dolayı neme karşı sızdırmazlık sağlanır. Bu durumda pas ve korozyon oluşumu engellenir.

Practical Tips loctite 222

* Clean the surfaces with Loctite 7063 before applying the adhesive.

* If the threadlocker is to be applied below 5 degrees C, pre-treat the surfaces with Loctite 7240.

* If the parts have been in contact with cutting fluids or aqueous washing solutions that leave a protective film on the surface, wash them with hot water before use.

* When threaded parts such as bolts, studs, set screws and nuts are secured with the correct threadlocker, they will not loosen or seize through corrosion throughout their service life.

* Loctite Threadlockers keep all threaded assemblies secure when they are subjected to vibration and shock loads. Applied in liquid form (except for stick products), they fill the gaps between the mating threads. They cure to form a strong, insoluble plastic. Joints made in this way are resistant to shock, leakage, corrosion and vibration. If the correct type of adhesive has been used, they can be loosened with simple hand tools whenever required.

* Threadlockers are therefore perfectly suited to use on threaded assemblies. The threadlocker fills the gaps between the threads by displacing the air. It then bonds to the metal and cures. As well as providing a joint that will not come loose, the complete filling of the threads seals the assembly against moisture. This prevents the formation of rust and corrosion.

* Liquid threadlockers are available in a range of strengths so that they can be used in every type of application. Most joints treated with these products can be disassembled when required using standard hand tools or by applying heat. Cost saving is the most important advantage: mechanical thread locking devices cost three to four times more than liquid alternatives.

* Loctite Threadlockers are anaerobic. Anaerobic products cure between metal surfaces once their contact with air is cut off.
