Pratik İpuçları

* Bütün parçalar yapıştırma öncesi temiz ve kuru olmalıdır. Loctite 7063 ile parçaları temizleyiniz.

* Sıkı geçme ürünü 5 derece C' nin altında kullanılacaksa Loctite 7240 Aktivatör ile ön işlem yapınız.

* Parçalar eğer nitrit içeren yıkama ve kesme sıvıları ile temasta bulundu ise sıcak su ile yıkayınız.

* Mevcut tasarımlarda kuvveti arttırmak için de kullanılabilir.

Özellikler

* Silindirik, dişli olmayan parçaların yapıştırıcı kullanmak suretiyle birleştirilmesi, çok özel bir yapıştırma teknolojisi gerekmektedir. Anaerobik yapıştırıcıların öncüsü Loctite, silindirik metal bağlantılarda kesme mukavemeti arttırılmış sıkı geçmeler için bu teknoloji kullanılmıştır. Loctite sıkı geçme ürünleri mil üzerindeki gevşemiş rulmanların, aşınmış gövdelerin ve sürtünme korozyonunun yarattığı genel sorunlara çözümler getirmektedir.

* Ürünler anaerobiktir. Anaerobik ürünler metal yüzeyler arasında hava ile temasları kesildiklerinde kürleşir.

* Bu yapıştırıcılar, sıvı şekilde (stıck ürünler hariç) uygulanarak parçalar arası boşluğu tamamen doldurur ve temas eden metal yüzeyler arasında %100 kontak sağlar. Böylece pahalı yedek parça ihticacı da ortadan kalkar, ayrıca zaman kaybına sebep olan parça işlemeye gerek kalmaz.

It is a liquid.

– An anaerobic adhesive used to fix all types of bearings onto a shaft or into a housing.

– It begins to cure when trapped between metal surfaces and cut off from contact with air.

– It can be used up to a tolerance range of 0.1 mm.

– It is recommended for parts that need to be disassembled later, such as bearings on a shaft and inside a housing.

Practical Tips

* All parts must be clean and dry before bonding. Clean the parts with Loctite 7063.

* If the press-fit product will be used below 5 degrees C, pretreat with Loctite 7240 Activator.

* If the parts have been in contact with washing and cutting fluids containing nitrite, wash them with hot water.

* It can also be used to increase strength in existing designs.

Features

* Joining cylindrical, non-threaded parts by means of adhesive requires very special bonding technology. Loctite, the pioneer of anaerobic adhesives, has used this technology for press fits with increased shear strength in cylindrical metal joints. Loctite press-fit products provide solutions to common problems caused by loosened bearings on shafts, worn housings and fretting corrosion.

* The products are anaerobic. Anaerobic products cure when their contact with air is cut off between metal surfaces.

* Applied in liquid form (except stick products), these adhesives completely fill the gap between parts and provide 100% contact between the mating metal surfaces. This eliminates the need for expensive spare parts and also removes the need for time-consuming part machining.
