Dow Corning 744

Elektronik devre kartları üzerinde bobin, trafo, pil veya kapasitörler gibi ağır veya yüksek malzemelerin özellikle vibrasyon etkisi altında lehim bağlantılarına binen yükleri azaltmak için bu malzemelerin baskı devre kartına veya birbirlerine yapıştırılması amacı ile kullanılır.

Isıyı orta düzeyde iletmesi nedeni ile ısı üreten aydınlatma modüllerinin soğutuculara yapıştırılmasında da başarı ile kullanılmaktadır. Yüksek esnekliği sayesinde modül kablo girişlerinde sızdırmazlık sağlama amacı ile kullanılır.

Özellikle nem, çevresel etkiler, mekanik ve termal şoklar ile vibrasyon karşı korunma ve çok uzun süreçli yapışma sağlanması için bir ürün kullanımı tercih ediliyor ise 744 oda sıcaklığında kür olan ve bu ve benzeri amaçlı uygulamalara uygun şekilde tasarlanmış olan bir üründür.
