Sertleşmiş film oldukça esnektir ve alüminyum ve çelik içeren yıpranmış boyalı yüzeylere iyi yapışır. Ürün, parçalara uzun süre maruz kalması nedeniyle sızıntı ve aşınma yaşayan transit taşıtlarının dış yüzeylerini korumak ve yenilemek için idealdir, görünümünü büyük ölçüde arttırır ve araç ömrünü uzatır. Ürün havasız bir püskürtücü, rulo veya fırça ile uygulanır ve kuru ortam koşullarında bir saat içinde dokunmaya dayanıklıdır.

3M™ 320 Silikon Conta ve Sızdırmazlık Malzemesi
3M™ 320 Silikon, yüksek performanslı bir RTV (oda sıcaklığında kürlenen) silikon mastik olup özellikle havacılık, savunma sanayi ve ağır endüstriyel uygulamalarda conta, sızdırmazlık ve yüzey izolasyonu amacıyla geliştirilmiştir. The cured film is highly flexible and adheres well to weathered painted surfaces including aluminium and steel. The product is ideal for protecting and restoring the exterior surfaces of transit vehicles that suffer leakage and wear due to prolonged exposure of the parts; it greatly improves appearance and extends vehicle life. The product is applied with an airless sprayer, roller or brush and is touch-resistant within one hour under dry ambient conditions.

3M™ 320 Silicone Gasket and Sealing Compound
3M™ 320 Silicone is a high-performance RTV (room-temperature-vulcanising) silicone sealant developed for gasketing, sealing and surface insulation, particularly in aviation, the defence industry and heavy industrial applications. Thanks to its single-component structure it requires no mixing and develops an elastic structure shortly after application.
This product provides excellent adhesion to metal, glass, ceramic and many plastic surfaces. Thanks to its flexible structure it offers high resistance to vibration, expansion and thermal shock. It is confidently preferred especially in aircraft fuselages, electronic enclosures, flange connections and maintenance-repair applications.
One of the most important advantages of 3M 320 Silicone is that it maintains its performance across a wide temperature range. It does not lose its elasticity at high or low temperatures, which makes it a long-lasting solution in demanding environmental conditions. At the same time, with its structure that is resistant to moisture, ozone and environmental influences, it also gives reliable results in outdoor applications.
In the aviation sector, 3M 320 Silicone is used in gasketing and sealing applications, particularly in maintenance and overhaul processes (MRO); it compensates for part mismatches, reduces the risk of vibration-induced leaks and extends equipment life. In defence industry applications it is preferred for the insulation of electronic enclosures and the protection of sensitive components.
Used in industrial facilities for the sealing of pumps, valves, flanges and covers, the product lowers operating costs thanks to its long service life and low maintenance requirement.
